2.How do I get started if I'm a newbie and interested in cookie and cake production?

We have smaller machines that are perfectly suited for customers with no experience in food production to venture into this field. Moreover, the equipment is easy to operate and low cost, which is ideal for customers to join the food production industry with a good return on investment.

3.What happens after the sale if the machine is purchased?

We have a professional after-sales team. In addition to basic technical manuals and videos. We also have a team of engineers who will go to the customer's factory to install and debug on the spot and train the customer's factory technicians. Ensure that customers are familiar with the operation and commissioning of the machine. In addition, for some customers who have difficulties in visiting, we can, with the customer's consent, reserve the installation of remote control in the machine, so that we can help the customer online to debug the machine without after-sales troubles.

4. I already have a cookie line, I don't need to buy a whole line. But I need to buy some machines, such as rotary printing machine, dough mixer, etc. Can I buy them separately?

Yes. We will first evaluate the compatibility of your individually purchased machinery with your current production line. Generally there is no problem.

5. Can you make biscuit sandwiching machine for mini oreo?

Yes, the minimum cookie which we can make sandwich is 25mm.

6. I want to save the current labor cost for packaging of sandwich biscuits. Can you customize the automatic system?

Yes, we can customize the semi and full automatic system no matter connect to sandwich machines automatically with production line, or connect sandwich machine to flow wrapping machine, on edge packing machine, x fold packing machine, box packing machine and multipack machine etc.

7. How is your packing and delivery?

Wooden packing. Delivery depends on detailed project.
